Oct. 26, 2011 – Guadalajara, Mexico – Sandra Mary Collanties of Peru hit her neck during the uneven bars in women’s Individual artistic gymnastics on day twelve of the XVI Pan American Games. Assistant venue manager Jose Tapia says Collantes had leg, neck and back injuries. She was removed from the facility by medial staff.
